GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

Please read this guideline before completing the form.
Please note that only online registration will be valid. No booking available for registration. 

1. BEFORE completing this form: 

A. Please make sure that the grade you are applying to is available (please check the available seats status on the school’s FB page: Kits4Kids International)
B. Please make sure that you have the following documents available: 

CURRENT STUDENTS:

• Child, parents and/or emergency contact recent passport-size photographs (16MB max)
• Child, parents, and/or emergency contact passports or national identity cards (16MB max)
• Medical form duly completed and dated (Form available for download below) (16MB max)
  Note: Please choose the medical form that corresponds to the grade your child is applying to

• Certificate of residence

NEW STUDENTS:

• Child’s birth certificate (16MB max)
• Scanned copy or picture of child’s report cards for the school year 2022/2023 (16Mb max)
• Scanned copy or picture of child’s report cards for the Term 1 and Term 2 of the  school year 2023/2024 (16Mb max) Term 3 report card will need to be submitted by 31st August to finalize student’s registration.
• Certificate of radiation from current school
• Medical form duly completed and dated (Form available for download below) (16MB max)
  Note: Please choose the medical form that corresponds to the grade your child is applying to

• Certificate of residence

2. Please fill ALL the parts in this registration form 

3. Current students: the student’s final grade/class will be confirmed upon results of the Term 3 Exams through your final report card.
Once the registration process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have registered during the process (make sure to check your spam folder first before contacting the school if no confirmation email is received within the timeframe given).  

4. New students: the student’s final grade/class will be confirmed upon results of the Placement Tests which will start on the week of 1st July 2024. (Please check the Placement Tests Schedule on the school FB page: Kits4Kids International)
Once the registration process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have registered during the process (make sure to check your spam folder first before contacting the school if no confirmation email is received within the timeframe given). Once the confirmation is sent, you will then receive the schedule for the placement test via the email address registered; results of the placement tests will also be emailed to you within 2 working days of the tests.
